I am so lucky to have met Rachel and had the experience for her to make a real change in my life. I say I feel lucky – but our paths crossed for a reason. I was totally honest with her about a condition I knew my subconscious was controlling and it has a dramatic effect on my life, my happiness and my family life. The opportunity to have RTT hypnotherapy with Rachel was something I grabbed with both hands, right form the start of talking with her I knew deep down it was going to work and it did. My condition stopped from the moment I booked the appointment – when I told her this, she reassured me my brain was already on the journey. From the time I arrived I was greeted by Rachel and instantly felt comfortable. The room she has set us is very comfortable and relaxing. I have suffered from long term sleeping problems and anxiety along with choosing the wrong foods to eat when stressed. Rachel went through what her treatments involved and reassured me constantly along the way. Following the treatment I have noticed that my sleep patterns are much improved and I am sleeping much better and I am now able to control my anxiety. I also am now able to take or leave sweets like chocolates and can control what I eat and when I choose to eat sweet food and drinks. I recommend others to try RTT.
Motivation During July 2021 Rachel supported me to make positive change through a process of hypnotherapy using RTT. Rachel was skilled, gentle and wholly supportive during our interaction and ensured my safety and comfort. The session raised my awareness about early experiences in my life that had a negative impact. I have to admit that I was a bit sceptical that I would respond to hypnosis. However I discovered that this therapy really works! Rachel then provided me with further support and tools to assist me to consciously begin to tale better carer of myself. Since our session I h ave been making better choices for myself = moving more, eating better, practicing meditation, and feeling more settled. I went to Rachel to explore my issues with toxic relationships. I had never had hypnotherapy before, but Rachel made me feel safe and at ease in her presence.
