Motivation During July 2021 Rachel supported me to make positive change through a process of hypnotherapy using RTT. From the time I arrived I was greeted by Rachel and instantly felt comfortable. The room she has set us is very comfortable and relaxing. I have suffered from long term sleeping problems and anxiety along with choosing the wrong foods to eat when stressed. Rachel went through what her treatments involved and reassured me constantly along the way.
